Jeff Pringle is a fully qualified Clinical Sports Therapist, Soft Tissue Therapist and Medical Acupuncturist based on the Wirral. He first became interested in Sports Therapy after suffering from both back and knee pain following my own involvement in sport.
After being advised to take pain killers and to 'live with' the pain I began to look for alternative ways to fix my problems. After receiving treatments from various therapists including Sports Massage, Osteopathy and Chiropractor I discovered there was a long-lasting alternative to medicated pain relief.
This inspired Jeff to become a therapist and decided to combine sports and various remedial therapies to become a Sports Therapist. Jeff completed an Advanced Diploma in Sports Therapy through the Sports Therapy Organisation - the leading professional association for Spots Therapy in the UK. Jeff is also a qualified Medical Acupuncturist and deep tissue massage techniques further by completing an Advanced Diploma in Myofascial Release.

I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Home Economist and Mother to three teenage children with a lifelong passion in food and health.
A desire to try and resolve my own digestive issues and a family illness a few years ago inspired me to study further in Naturopathic Nutrition. These experiences have helped shape my particular interests in gut health and the role of nutrition and lifestyle in promoting longevity and staving off chronic disease.
Nutritional therapy uses a range of tools to identify potential imbalances that may contribute to poor health. So many people find it difficult to change their eating habits and to begin with it can be a challenge, but with the right attitude and support it can make a real difference to your quality of life.
