Lucy Grant is a fully qualified reflexologist and Member of the Association. Reflexology is complementary holistic therapy that involves the application of pressure to specific points, know as reflexes on the feet and hands to encourage the body to heal from within. It promotes relaxation, aids sleep, improves mood and much more.
Lucy Grant also is fully training in pregnancy and fertility.

The treatment includes high quality luxurious products that contain natural organic ingredients without the use of nasty chemicals.

The word Anastasis is a Greek word for 'restoration of life' which is appropriate after considering some of the results from reflexology treatment.

Nutritional Therapist

by Samantha Fletcher
Registered Nutritional Therapist
Bsc(hons) Dip Nut CNM mBANT CNHC

I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Home Economist and Mother to three teenage children with a lifelong passion in food and health.

A desire to try and resolve my own digestive issues and a family illness a few years ago inspired me to study further in Naturopathic Nutrition.  These experiences have helped shape my particular interests in gut health and the role of nutrition and lifestyle in promoting longevity and staving off chronic disease.

Nutritional therapy uses a range of tools to identify potential imbalances that may contribute to poor health.  So many people find it difficult to change their eating habits and to begin with it can be a challenge, but with the right attitude and support it can make a real difference to your quality of life.

Treatments cost starting from £30
